I uploaded this backwards. The reason I did that was because it's a three page comic. So you are reading page three right now , and hopefully when you check this comic out in my gallery it will make sense. (And look like it's in order. )

The story is based on my bad luck with romantic feelings on the internet. These past four years on internet forums , I've met incredibly attractive women who are really broken inside. I've met women who have hearts of pure gold , but are already taken by handsome and wealthy men. And I've also had the displeasure of meeting women who are only interested in cybering , but have no need for anything longer lasting.

I'm not saying internet relationships can't work. I've actually seen them work , a close friend of mine is now a husband with a girl he met on aol. It can work , but for me it just hasn't been my time. But thankfully I'm not in a rush and I'm perfectly happy with who I am and where I am. This comic isn't me complaining or feeling sorry for myself. I just took something from my past and made it to something funny with my imagination. ^_~

If we can't laugh at ourselves, then life is really boring isn't it ?

Sometimes internet crushes should remain that way. ><;

Otherwise you have to deal with a mixture of evil egotistical bastards and whiny lovesick college students.

And Lot's wife, of course, was told not to look back where all those people and their homes had been. But she did look back, and I love her for that, because it was so human. So she was turned to a pillar of salt. So it goes.

It's sad that a whole entire forum was dragged down because of a couple fighting. (I'm guessing that's what happened ?) I can't imagine all the hard work that went down the drain , a lot of people must of been deeply wounded.(Especially those who didn't want to get involved.) Relationships are meant to stay private and cherished , I could never understand why some people would flaunt their relationship status around. It's a sign of immaturity and nothing good can come from it.

No, not really. More reverse, if anything. The couple was severely brought down by overbearing idiot of an admin. People got onto you for taking too much control? They haven't seen jack squat. ><

This admin liked to take over entire lives for people. It was completely sick and twisted...and I ended up having to break things off with someone I really cared for to get out of the toxic environment---which sucked, but in the end it was better for me and anyone that knew me. I guess I've seen a different side to the internet debacle ^^;

Being in the dark about something, I can’t even tell you how scary it is. You don’t know what’s inside; you don’t know what’s going to happen to you. The best way to put somebody at ease is to inform them, even if it’s the grim truth.

... (didnt realise it was deeper than comedy)

I've never tried internet dating before, but know plenty of people who are in relationships like these, and they have admitted to actually whoring over the internet. Normally they do it cause their bored, not realizing the other person was serious about the whole thing. The whole concept of internet dating makes me sick. XP

The boyfriend is overly feminine.

First off , Thank you so much for commenting on my art topic. ^_^

I'm not necessarily against internet dating. Like I said before , I've seen two people come together on the internet and create a beautiful child. But I do agree with you that it can lead to some serious heart break and disgust. Though comparing it right now , it seems like such heart break can happen in a non long distance relationship. So it all depends on who you talk to and what experience you are taking into the consideration.

I really appreciate the feed back this comic strip has got. Thank you once more for your opinion . ^_^
